Since 2004, Dr. Rosati has participated in the oral health screenings offered by the University of Milan to all Special Olympics athletes—the Olympics for people with intellectual disabilities.
This year’s event was particularly interesting because, in addition to being held close to home (Lignano Sabbiadoro), it saw the participation of the collaborators of the dental practice in Udine.
Dr. Letizia Fambrini, Francesca Gessi, Lorena Gabbino, and Lorena Tafa actively participated in screening and oral hygiene instruction for Special Olympics Athletes as part of the Special Smiles project.
The service was provided to more than 130 peoples thanks to excellent coordination by the entire work group.
